# Can WWHRS be installed Outdoors or in a Garage?

## Where WWHRS can be installed

Any WWHRS system should be installed within the thermal envelope of the dwelling, so not outside or within an unheated garage or other unheated space.

If SVP's for the dwelling are external then locating the WWHRS within the dwelling and running the waste pipe out through the wall to the SVP can be considered.
