What clearance do I need under my bath to accommodate an Easyfit+ ?

Clearance required for the Easyfit+

It is dependent on the fall required and waste installation route, but typically 95-105mm, the legs are adjustable as between 30-40mm lift is normally required at one end to create a fall.

The recommended lift of 30mm is to align with the KIWA test conditions under which the product is tested. 30mm lift at one end offers the optimised conditions for heat exchange.

However, from a practical installation point of view, you might also need a slight raise on the front legs of c. 10mm (to allow for waste pipe connections and pipe run to the SVP), and this would then require a lift of 40mm on the back legs to maintain the recommended 30mm differential.

Part-H requirements differ slightly (18-90mm per m for bath waste, so c. 20mm across the length of an Easyfit+ (1100mm)).
